ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS FOR FINPRO MEMBERS, SPONSORS AND SPEAKERS
The 2024 FinPro conference will be held on a beautiful RACV Cape Schanck Resort, Trent Jones Dr, Cape Schanck VIC.
FinPro has made a bulk booking for accommodation at both RACV Cape Schanck and The Views Cape Schanck. Delegates will be allocated to accommodation by FinPro Management, filling the main resort first. Accommodation will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Delegates are encouraged to choose the twin share option where available to allow the maximum number of delegates to attend this year’s conference. For TWIN SHARE accommodation, you must nominate who you are sharing with at the time of booking.
Single night accommodation will not be made available until 30 September, as priority will be given to those members who are booking in for the Full Conference. After 30 September, single rooms may be available for either Wednesday 23 or Thursday 24, depending on availability.
ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS FOR NON-MEMBERS
Due to limited accommodation availability, we are prioritising reservations for FinPro Members, Sponsors, and Speakers at RACV Cape Schanck. We encourage non-members to seek alternative accommodation options nearby. Should any rooms become available after 30 September, they will be offered to General Admission attendees.
CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
We understand that situations can change at the last minute, and we hope to be able to accommodate all scenarios. We also have a contractual arrangement with the venue and have to pay the venue in full for all bookings we confirm with them seven days prior to the event.
Our cancellation policy is therefore:
- Transfers: No charge any time
- Cancellation before to 15 October: No Charge
- Cancellation from 16 October: Fees will apply unless the registration can be transferred to another person (either internally from within the organisation or to someone on the waiting list).
