Dan Hookham is the Founder and CEO of Component6, an Australian AI coaching organisation specialising in helping local governments adopt AI safely, responsibly and effectively. Over the past several years, Dan has worked with councils across Australia to build AI capability through education, governance, strategy development, Microsoft Copilot enablement, and practical implementation programs. Having engaged with more than 300 local government organisations, he focuses on helping councils improve productivity, strengthen decision-making, enhance community engagement, and realise the benefits of AI while managing associated risks.
